Customer Self Pick Up - NEW

From 1. March 2015 we are offering self-pick up from a designated location in Causeway Bay to make shopping with us even easier. Simply select the shipping option "Self Pick Up" during your check out. We will send you a notification once your order is ready for collection, which is normally 2- 3 working days after your order.

How much is shipping?

Large-sized luggage: HK$80

Medium-sized luggage: HK$60

Small-sized and carry-on luggage: HK$35

Bags and backpacks: HK$35

Travel accessories: HK$20

For net purchases of HK$1,000 and above, shipping is free of charge.

Important: In rare instances the courier company may charge an extra fee of HK$30 for residential addresses at time of delivery. 

How long does shipping take?

We aim to deliver your purchase to your doorstep within 3-5 business days.


When do you deliver?

We deliver Mondays through to Saturdays.


Where does Singli ship to?

At the moment, we ship to all areas in Hong Kong.


Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?

All Singli products are wrapped in original packaging, and will be insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Singli to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorize for packages to be delivered without a signature.



How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Singli within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund. Simply send us an email to with below details of the item(s) you are returning.


1. Order Number (can be found in confirmation e-mail sent you)

2. Item Description - Name and product number (can be found in confirmation e-mail we sent you)

3. Reason for returning the item(s) and to indicate your preferred mode of exchange or refund.


You can return the items to us via one of the following two methods:


Option A - Schedule a pick-up from a specified address

· Call the Morning Express Service Hotline (852) 3669 6338 or go to the Morning Express website and schedule a pick up.

· Fill in “Shipper’s Information” on the Airway Bill.

· Send your Airway Bill number together with order number to Singli customer service at

(Singli has negotiated extra low rates for your returns. These will automatically apply when you fill in our address.

Returns made with any delivery provider other than Morning Express will not come with preferential shipping rates.)

Singli reserves the right to not accept returns if the product is not returned in its original condition, packaging and with related accessories and tags. After we have inspected the item you’ve returned, we will send you an acknowledgement email notifying you on the status of your refund within 72 hours. We aim to credit the refund to your credit card or PayPal account within 14 working days.


Some need-to-knows before returning an item:


  • You may return your order as long as it is within the 14-day period following the delivery date.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. We’ll have a remark on this at checkout.

  • Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees charged.

  • We ask that you put the purchased item back into the original packaging (or similar packaging if the original is unusable) and seal it shut before sending it back to us. As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, please handle the returned parcel with care!

  • As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, remember to retain proof of postage. This way if your parcel gets lost on its way to us, you will be able to send us proof that you have indeed sent off the parcel.

  • If you are shipping an item over HK$1,000, we would encourage you to use a shipping service that allows order tracking or purchase shipping insurance.
